The processing of your access credentials may be delayed because
you have not yet completed the registration process, which requires acknowledging a confirmation email that is issued when you submit the completed registration form.
you have not yet complied with a request to provide additional information needed to finalize the registration process, e.g. invalid phone number, or email.
Your request for access credentials may have not yet been approved because GISAID only issues access credentials to identifiable individuals. It is therefore important to complete the fields in the registration form with accurate information. Incomplete or misspelled names or numbers require additional work for the reviewer, thereby potentially delaying your registration request. Using webmail addresses for your identification, such as Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo Mail, QQmail or 126 and 163 Mail, are likely to cause delays in reviewing your request. To expedite the review of your request for access credentials, provide the email address issued to you by your affiliated organization.
